Cancellation Policy – Gray's Hair Studio

At Gray's Hair Studio in Vista, CA we value the time of our clients and our stylist. To ensure appointment availability for everyone, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation and rescheduling policy below.

Gray's Hair Studio is a professional hair salon located in Vista, CA offering women's haircuts, balayage, highlights, and custom hair color services by appointment.

If you must cancel or rebook your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24-hour notice. Cancellations or missed appointments without 24-hour notice will result in a charge of part or all of the service amount.

How can I cancel my appointment ?

There are two ways to change or cancel your appointment:

1. You can login to your Vagaro account, the app you used to book your appointment, then change or cancel your service.

2. Text to 760-695-7115 that you would like to cancel; if you need to reschedule, availability might not be immediately, however we will reply with the soonest available opening.

IMPORTANT: for cancellations or reschedule please DO NOT call and leave a message. Text message is the best method.
